Tonderai Mangombe is a seasoned communications, marketing, and business development executive with over 2 decades of progressive experience across the aviation, manufacturing, and distribution sectors. He currently serves as the Public Relations and Communications Manager at the Airports Company of Zimbabwe (Private) Limited (ACZ), having been the organisation’s inaugural Business Development Officer, where he played a pivotal role in establishing and driving its commercial growth strategy.

Prior to joining ACZ, Tonderai spent over decade with the Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe (CAAZ) in the marketing and business development department where he gained extensive experience in aviation marketing, stakeholder engagement, and corporate communications. Throughout his career, he has built a strong track record in strategic communications, brand management, media relations, marketing, sales, business development, corporate affairs, and administration, successfully operating in both domestic and international environments.

Tonderai holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Marketing Management, both from Midlands State University, Zimbabwe, complemented by a range of professional and executive qualifications. He is passionate about positioning organisations for sustainable growth through strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and innovative marketing initiatives.
